History:

The revelation and concept of We Care Ministries Outreach Program was inspired through a letter that was written by Apostle Paul to the church of Thessalinia. Paul instructed the Church in Thessalonians 5:14 “to comfort the feeble minded and to support the weak.”  We Care Ministries accepted this charge and was therefore given the vision for this special ministry in July 1998. We have been charged with supporting and offering services to individuals with various challenges. We Care Ministries Outreach Program became a reality in October 1998.  Our philosophy is one of Love, Patience, and Understanding.
